Terms of Service

1. The service. YoPlanets! matches people using astrology. It is entertainment and companionship — not science, and not a guarantee of love (although the planets have a decent track record). The service is currently in beta: things may change, break or be reset.

2. Your account. You must be 18 or older, provide accurate birth information, and keep your login to yourself. One account per person.

3. Behaviour. Be kind. No harassment, no impersonation, no commercial solicitation, no content that is illegal or abusive. Photos must be of you. We review photos before other members see them, and we act on reports — accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed.

4. Memberships. Paid tiers (Venusian, Jupiterian) renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do any time from the Upgrade page. During beta, paid features may be available for free.

5. Content. The astrological texts are copyrighted material, written for YoPlanets! by astrologer Kim Farnell. Your own content (photos, messages) remains yours; you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service.

6. Liability. The service is provided as-is. Use good judgement when meeting people — the planets vouch for compatibility, not character.
